We had a wonderful week in this lovely home. It had everything that we needed and more. Clean and spacious. One minor repair was needed and it was taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for us. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The view was breathtaking. Loved the hot tub after going all day with grandkids.

The management was so helpful, the house very clean, location and pool a plus..

The property is in a great location. It could use an upgrade to the beds because everyone in our group complained about the mattresses. We did also have an issue with the neighbor which was discussed with the management company and resolved.

The management group was very accommodating and friendly. They were accessible, responsive and provided excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!

House was as described. Management company was very responsive to minor issues that arose. Lovely beach was half a block away. Small but nice group of restaurants nearby.

The location of the house was great! It was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Good size house for 2 families, which included 5 teenagers. The kitchen was well-stocked for a rental property. The layout of the house was a bit strange with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 on the main floor. The outdoor space was good and the hot tub is a plus since the pool isn't heated. Our only complaint is the beds were extremely uncomfortable and would recommend that the owners consider new mattresses. This was our first time in Surfside and we would definitely go back.

Super convenient to beach, family friendly beach as well. Home was clean, and had great layout. We went with large group - 12 in all. The only suggestions we had would be maybe an upgrade on mattresses, and instructions to use Jacuszzi. We called management to get help for jacuzzi and they came right away! Looking forward to visiting Myrtle Beach, kids already asking to visit again. Thanks for letting us in

The house was clean and we could walk to the beach in about 1 minute. We also loved the private pool and the hot tub. We never had to call the management company for anything. We would definitely stay at this property again!! This was my first time visiting the ocean and it was an amazing experience.

Condo laid out great for our family of 12! Location to beach was good as well. Just needed cleaned better and the tub in downstairs bathroom plugged and would not drain water very well. Neighbors great too!

The house was perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of room for all, it was great to have 4 full baths, no one had to wait for a shower. The short walk to the beach was also a plus. We loved the pool and hot tub as well. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our big beautiful house for the week . Location was perfect, only a block away from beach access . Beds were comfortable. House was clean and had Everything we needed. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool all to ourselves . Neighbors seamed to be real nice people too . Myrtle Beach Management was east to communicate with , they answered all my questions timely and even though I was arriving later than check in , they made sure I knew how to pick up the keys . We would definitely stay here again !

The location of the house was perfect; only a block from the beach! The size fit our family as well. The only issue was some parts of the house were a little run down (i.e. small holes in the walls, screw exposed in the one bunkbed, bunk beds were really wobbly, etc). The hot tub was also intermittently working which was a little disappointing since it was a huge reason why we picked this place. Overall though, the place was good and we would totally recommend to our friends and family.

We recently stayed at this home, early April 2022.
The home was very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach was the best part, super close, about a minute or 2 walk. Also the beach was very nice and never crowded. Would definitely go back.

Rental was easy and management company made it a quick check in and check out process. Property was exactly as listed with photos being accurate and everything was as expected. Overall property was adequate size, great layout, nice outdoor spaces for our group. Neighborhood was excellent, quiet, and distance to the beach was perfect. Needed maintenance for a couple of issues during stay, quick response and problems taken care of swiftly. Very much appreciated the exception for our dog and would stay here again.

Great house with lots of amenities and very close to the beach. I would have liked it to be a little cleaner on check-in. The outside area had charcoal dumped on the ground, beer bottle caps, garbage, etc. around pool. Inside was very clean though.

The house was in a great location..very close walk to the beach which was convenient. The house was big and spacious. My only complaint was cleanliness. The house in many areas was not very clean. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies.

Great location and a great setup. We had two families of 4 sharing the house and enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were a common gathering place. The walk to the beach is a short easy walk to a generally uncrowded area. Only minor complaints we had were the AC seemed to struggle a little. It was somewhat better if you don't shut the bedroom doors. Also the ice maker was a little finicky, producing good ice at times and nearly none at others. Those minor problems were largely outweighed by the good time we had.

Stayed at the SeaChique with a family of 6. Lots of space and we all enjoyed the pool and hottub. Super close to beach and nice neighborhood to drive the golf cart around. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Great space! We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The space was perfect for our two families that shared the house. The beach is so close and Surfside was such a great find!

Sea Chique is in a great location. The beach is a quick and easy walk away. The pier and several restaurants are also within walking distance. The house is spacious and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the house. Enough parking for four cars and the golf cart. The pool was cold (it was late season) but the hot tub was awesome! The kitchen lighting was dim but the appliances all worked great. The house was very clean. The beds were good. We had a great time on the balcony. It was very close to the beach (5min walk,2 min with the golf cart) The whole family was comfortable and happy with the accommodations. The refrigerator had enough room for the groceries we bought for 9 people. They were plenty of dishes and cooking pots and pans. Know that there is a lot of steps to climb as all the houses in that area are up on stilts. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the inside of the house was great and worked out well for the family. It was a great layout where everyone had plenty of space and was very clean. The pool area was disappointing, because of the type of trees that are planted back there they drop a lot of blooms/growth which keeps the pool deck and pool dirty. We had to rinse our coolers, the grill and chairs off every morning because of the droppings from the trees. The outdoor space was important to us, we wanted the house with a pool because of small children and all our meals were cooked outside. Also the pool area was small for 11 people to sit around and swim.

Very nice home with a private pool. In a great location - close to beach, center of town and shopping.

There was a lot to like about this property, but there were also some downsides. Below is the the good, bad, and ugly.

The ugly: The unit was dirty. The cleaning staff clearly cleaned individual items like sinks, showers, and toilets. However, everything in between was dirty. The walls and baseboards were stained with various grime. The cabinets in the kitchen had left over food debris on them. The doors throughout had visible grubby hand prints and dirt. The air filter vent was filled with dust that had collected overtime. In addition we found cockroaches in the first floor bedroom closet.

The bad: The beds were uncomfortable, but that was not a huge deal.

The good: The layout was perfect! The rooms were spacious and there was room for everyone. We also really enjoyed the pool which seemed to be clean and in good order.

The great: The location was the highlight. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and almost directly across from an access point. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dog. Lastly, communication with the Myrtle Beach Management was also very good.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I am not sure I would stay at SeaChique again.

The house is nice-good size, good location. However, it truly could use a good cleaning-ceiling fans, microwave, ac vents, blinds were quite dirty. The sliding door on main floor is extremely hard to open and close. The blinds in upstairs main bedroom do not work (on right side). The bunk bed ladders need secured. I would encourage owners to give it some TLC during the off season in preparation for next year. The block is quiet and relaxing and it’s very convenient to shops.

This house is the perfect location for a getaway. It has everything you need as far as amenities. Location is nice and close enough to downtown but quiet and away from the hustle.

First, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The house continues to need some work. The screen doors need to be replaced. A track light just fell out of nowhere in the kitchen. Otherwise, we had a great time.

We are having a wonderful time at Sea Chique. The house met or exceeded our expectation’s in every way. The pool is a little chilly for swimming in March, but the hot tub has definitely made up for it!! The kids still jump in from time to time. We love the easy access to the beach, less than a 2 minute walk. The rooms are spacious and clean, lots of room for all of us to spread out. We will definitely come back to this rental again.
