With alittle TLC, this would be the perfect spot!

We fell in love upon arriving to this unit! The condo was clean, and the balcony view is just perfect. However, once settling, we found some issues. For one, thankfully we took extra bath towels and wash clothes, bc there defn wasn’t enough for 6 people. Also, we only had one dish cloth, and one washing cloth in the kitchen, and needed a few more. We knew toliteries were just enough to get us thru the first night, so that wasn’t a problem. The guest bath tub wouldn’t drain the first two days, someone came out to look at it, and I explained the lever to plug up and unplug the drain wouldn’t work. He didn’t really answer me, or look at the lever, and from that point on the rest of the week the bathtub wouldn’t hold water for a bath at all. The pressure and hot water in the master bath was near to nothing. Also, ALL of the matresses need to be replaced very badly!! We were all in pain all week bc they were so awful. Both twin beds leaned inward causing you to roll off the bed if you weren’t careful, and the springs in two were awful. We highly considered leaving friday, just so we didn’t have to sleep on the beds again.

We truly loved this condo!! If the water issues were fixed and matresses were replaced, we would truly make this our yearly condo every year!!

Thank you for your review. There must have been a misunderstanding about what was wrong with the tub. Our service call indicated that it "was slow draining." If you needed further assistance, we were available, as you know. All of the hot water comes from a single water heater, so you should see no difference in water temperature. We'll check into that. We'll pass your comments about the beds along to the owner. Thanks, again, for staying with us.

We have stayed at MBR before, but this experience was just the best ever. No complaints, the location was great, the cleanliness was great, the price was great. Overall this vacation was awesome. The only suggestion that I would make is that we noticed some units have the keyless entries on the doors that would have made it a bit easier without worrying about the keys all week. But still not an issue. Great , great vacation.

The unit we rented was nice and clean! Lots of plates and glasses. Pools and lazy river are great! I wish I had known what to bring to maximize my kids' enjoyment. We brought tubes but they are not allowed. A boogie board is a must. We bought one at the local Wal-Mart. The hallways are very grungy, they need to be redone. Parking is a hassle, but the staff are very nice.

Loved the view from the 5th floor A building.
Our accommodations were clean but was wondering when the bed comforters last washed in the two bedrooms?
Also the pull out couch mattress was very thin, making it hard to sleep for my young son. Information regarding laundry facilities was difficult to locate as well. Map should be updated to include laundry locations on all floors of the building or where a coin machine was located. As well as proper garbage disposal. In asking multiple guests, our questions were answered.

The difficulty parking was a huge inconvenience. I feel like customers should be guaranteed/assigned one parking spot near their room.

I was very pleased with our condo. We have stayed at myrtle beach resort for many years. This is the first year that we have rented from MBM but they were very easy to work with and we will continue to use them in the future.
