Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
- Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
- 8 bath towels
- 4 long hand towels
- 6 wash clothes
- 1 kitchen hand towel
- 1 kitchen washcloth
- 2 soap bars per bathroom
- 1 dishwasher detergent
- 1 paper towel
- 1 toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 trash bag per trash can
A departure clean is included in your stay.
Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. MAX OCCUPANCY 6. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.
There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit.
There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per dog.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.
We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

A great walking distance to everything, very clean, and homey.

The beds were super comfortable. I appreciate that it was dog friendly! There is a large gap in the gate next to the driveway that a small dog could easily fit through or a large dog could open. My dogs weren’t interested in trying to leave but something to keep in mind if you’re bringing a pup along.

the "extra surprises" were such a nice and fun find...bikes, beach chairs/toys, and boogie boards:) The firepit was loaded and perfect for late night smores, propane grill ready to use, darts, and a wonderful cooler outside to really set-up the tiki bar if desired. Three blocks to the beach, pier, and restaurants allowed our crew the flexibility to come and go from the beach with ease. Adorable house, perfect for the dogs (fully fenced), and after a full day...everyone could escape into their own space and comfortably settle in with whatever TV show or movie of their liking:) Highly recommend!!
Absolutely love the location! Will definitely be back.

perfect place 2 minutes walk to the beach and all of the greatest restaurants. Everything was perfect except the smoke detector didn't have a battery and was open and the grill was dirty
But this is the perfect, well-maintained cottage and the owners obviously paid attention to details such as outdoor darts and a bar. Very cute touches throughout and we will definitely be back. We often travel and this was such an amazing jewel.
Place was awesome, lots of local things to do within walking distance. Great outside hang out spot loved the place.
